Series offer the best value if you can attend all dates. Showing up consistently allows your body to build strength and mobility over time while helping you stay accountable to your practice. However, I understand that life isn’t always that simple—Drop-in whenever it works for you!

Committing to a series also helps build accountability and connection within the Awoke Wild community — you’ll move alongside the same group and grow stronger together. Missed a class? No worries. If you’re unable to attend a class in your series, just reach out ahead of time and you can use a drop-in to make it up.

Experience the perfect fusion of core-based mat Pilates and vinyasa yoga. This fun and energizing 60-minute Yogalates class with Kylie Minelli, CYA-E-RYT 200hr & 114hr MPI, features full-body movement set to vibrant tunes to strengthen, lengthen, and challenge you from head to toe. Recommended for beginner to intermediate levels. Please bring a mat and arrive 15 minutes early. Classes are hosted outdoors on Northwestern Polytechnic Greenspace and will be moved inside to the NWPT Fitness Studio in case of poor weather.

Directions: Parking Lot A (by the NWPT Theatre entrance) is the closest parking area to the greenspace. From the lot, hop on the path and walk about 30 seconds behind the school on the North side. Look for the two large sculptures (see photo) — class will be there!
In case of poor weather, classes will move inside to the NWPT Fitness Studio. Use parking lot B and the “L Wing” entrance. Walk past the gymnasium, turn left at the first hallway, then take the next right after the desk area. The studio is clearly marked “Fitness Studio.”

Parking is FREE after 4pm on campus.

Yoga In The Flower Patch at Farm 2 Table on 51st
Join Kylie and Chelsea for a 60-minute Hatha-style yoga class overlooking the flower patch at Farm 2 Table on 51. Breathe, stretch, and connect in nature—then take home a ready-to-go beautiful, locally grown bouquet.

Sundays 10:30–11:30 AM MST
Location: Farm 2 Table on 51st Address: 741054 Range Road 51
From Grande Prairie (approx. 25 min): Travel north on Highway 2 past Sexsmith. Turn right heading east on Highway 674 toward TP Creek. Turn left heading north on Range Road 51. Go 2 km and the farm is on the left-hand side and our sign is at the gate.
Cost: $60 per class (includes bouquet)
Limited to 20 participants per class. Pre-registration required! Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive 10 minutes early. Washroom available on site.
Weather dependent – in case of cancellation, participants still arrive and receive a bouquet and a yoga credit for AWOKE WILD will be issued. All classes are final sale. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, or cancellations.

With 6+ years of experience I offer classes catered towards hatha, vinyasa, restorative, meditation and yogalates.
So whether you are looking for something a bit more high-paced, or an opportunity to wind down — there’s options for everyone!

I’m Kylie
Throughout my yoga journey, I've often felt out of place—not "spiritual" enough, not skilled enough at inversions, and definitely not good enough to teach. Have you ever felt like you didn't check off every box?
I've come to realize that many people feel the same way—they believe they aren't flexible or good enough before they've even started. They feel unwelcome or conflicted about trying.
So, I created what I believe the world needs: Awoke Wild. This concept embraces duality and encourages authenticity. You don't have to be a traditional yogi to practice yoga. You are allowed to be everything you are, and yoga can help you achieve that.
