How to sign-up

Series offer the best value if you can attend all dates. However, I understand that life isn’t always that simple—DROP IN whenever it works for you!

Join Kylie for a 60-minutes of Yoga + Pilates aka Yogalates this summer outdoors. Enjoy a class that blends the breath and fluidity of yoga with the strength and dynamic movement of Pilates. Set to vibrant tunes and surrounded by nature, this class focuses on strengthening and lengthening your arms, legs, and core, helping you build on your practice without the pressure of peak poses. Embrace movement your way—this class is open to all levels. Best part? All while soaking up sunshine and fresh air.

Note on Babies:
This is not a designated Mom & Baby Yoga class. However, non-mobile babies are welcome to attend as your quiet plus one. Parents are solely responsible for the care of their child during class. We suggest bringing a blanket or carrier, and being weather-prepared.

Weather & Flexibility:
Awoke Wild classes may be canceled due to weather conditions such as rain, strong winds, or extreme heat. Students will be notified promptly (email, or text) and offered attendance in another class or alternative make-up opportunities.

What to Bring:

  • Your own yoga mat and blocks

  • Only weights will be provided for the first 26 people

  • Water bottle

  • Sunscreen/ bug spray/ Sunglasses or Hat

Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for class.

Location & Directions:

The class is held outdoors in the field adjacent to Hillside Community School, Grande Prairie, AB. Specifically, sessions take place on the south side of the field, near the trees, at the corner of 104 Avenue and 94th Street.

Parking:

  • You may park by the hockey rink adjacent to the school.

  • Street parking is also available nearby.

    All classes are final sale.

Join Kylie and Chelsea for a 60-minute Hatha-style yoga class overlooking the flower patch at Farm 2 Table on 51. Breathe, stretch, and connect in nature—then take home a ready-to-go beautiful, locally grown bouquet.

From Grande Prairie (approx. 25 min): Travel north on Highway 2 past Sexsmith. Turn right heading east on Highway 674 toward TP Creek. Turn left heading north on Range Road 51. Go 2 km and the farm is on the left-hand side and our sign is at the gate.

Drop-in: $56 per class (includes bouquet)

Series: $150 for all 3 classes (includes bouquets)

  • Limited to 20 participants per class. Pre-registration required!

  • Please bring your own yoga mat and arrive 10 minutes early.

  • Washroom available on site.

  • Weather dependent – in case of cancellation, participants will be notified and credited or refunded.

With 6+ years of experience I offer classes catered towards hatha, vinyasa, restorative, meditation and yogalates.

So whether you are looking for something a bit more high-paced, or an opportunity to wind down — there’s options for everyone!

I’m Kylie

Throughout my yoga journey, I've often felt out of place—not "spiritual" enough, not skilled enough at inversions, and definitely not good enough to teach. Have you ever felt like you didn't check off every box?

I've come to realize that many people feel the same way—they believe they aren't flexible or good enough before they've even started. They feel unwelcome or conflicted about trying.

So, I created what I believe the world needs: Awoke Wild. This concept embraces duality and encourages authenticity. You don't have to be a traditional yogi to practice yoga. You are allowed to be everything you are, and yoga can help you achieve that.
