Series offer the best value if you can attend all dates. Showing up consistently allows your body to build strength and mobility over time while helping you stay accountable to your practice. However, I understand that life isn’t always that simple—Drop-in whenever it works for you!

If you’re unable to attend a class in your series, just reach out ahead of time and you can use a drop-in to make it up.

With 6+ years of experience I offer classes catered towards hatha, vinyasa, restorative, meditation and yogalates.
So whether you are looking for something a bit more high-paced, or an opportunity to wind down — there’s options for everyone!

I’m Kylie
Throughout my yoga journey, I've often felt out of place—not "spiritual" enough, not skilled enough at inversions, and definitely not good enough to teach. Have you ever felt like you didn't check off every box?
I've come to realize that many people feel the same way—they believe they aren't flexible or good enough before they've even started. They feel unwelcome or conflicted about trying.
So, I created what I believe the world needs: Awoke Wild. This concept embraces duality and encourages authenticity. You don't have to be a traditional yogi to practice yoga. You are allowed to be everything you are, and yoga can help you achieve that.
Why not try something that benefits your mind, body, and soul? We all have our reasons for coming to the mat and for staying. If you're reading this, you already know yours.
